Due to the personalized, made-to-order nature of our artisanal products, our 30-day warranty and return policy are strictly limited to manufacturing defects or shipping errors.
Coverage: 30 days from the date of delivery.
Our Commitment: If your case arrives with a structural defect or if we sent the wrong model, I Nero Case covers all return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a replacement or a full refund.
How to claim: Email support@inerocase.com with your Order Number and photos showing the defect.
Because each item is handcrafted specifically upon your request:
No "Change of Mind" Returns: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or if the wrong size/color was ordered.
Unique Characteristics: Since we work with genuine and premium materials, slight variations in texture or color are hallmarks of an artisanal product and are not considered defects.
All returns must undergo a physical inspection before any resolution is finalized.
Inspection: Once your item reaches our facilities, our artisans will inspect it to verify the reported manufacturing defect.
Processing: If the defect is confirmed, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Payment: The credit will be applied automatically to your original method of payment.
Included: Structural failures, stitching issues, or material defects present upon arrival.
Excluded: Normal wear and tear, natural aging of the leather (patina), or damage caused by misuse, accidents, and drops.
Do not send your product back without prior authorization. Please contact support@inerocase.com first to receive the correct return instructions. Returns sent to the address on the shipping label without our confirmation will not be accepted.
