Returns & Warranty Policy

At I Nero Case, we specialize in premium, handcrafted leather accessories. Each piece is made-to-order specifically for you, ensuring a unique and high-quality product.

1. 30-Day Warranty (Manufacturing Defects Only)

Due to the personalized, made-to-order nature of our artisanal products, our 30-day warranty and return policy are strictly limited to manufacturing defects or shipping errors.

  • Coverage: 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Our Commitment: If your case arrives with a structural defect or if we sent the wrong model, I Nero Case covers all return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a replacement or a full refund.

  • How to claim: Email support@inerocase.com with your Order Number and photos showing the defect.

2. Personalized & Made-to-Order Nature

Because each item is handcrafted specifically upon your request:

  • No "Change of Mind" Returns: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or if the wrong size/color was ordered.

  • Unique Characteristics: Since we work with genuine and premium materials, slight variations in texture or color are hallmarks of an artisanal product and are not considered defects.

3. Inspection & Refund Process

All returns must undergo a physical inspection before any resolution is finalized.

  • Inspection: Once your item reaches our facilities, our artisans will inspect it to verify the reported manufacturing defect.

  • Processing: If the defect is confirmed, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Payment: The credit will be applied automatically to your original method of payment.

4. Warranty Scope

  • Included: Structural failures, stitching issues, or material defects present upon arrival.

  • Excluded: Normal wear and tear, natural aging of the leather (patina), or damage caused by misuse, accidents, and drops.

5. Important Notice

Do not send your product back without prior authorization. Please contact support@inerocase.com first to receive the correct return instructions. Returns sent to the address on the shipping label without our confirmation will not be accepted.
