Shipping Policy  I Nero Case

At I Nero Case, we want your order to arrive quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Every item is prepared with care and attention to detail. Here’s how our shipping process works:

  1. Supply Chain & Logistics

We work with verified manufacturers and logistics partners across the U.S., Europe, and Asia to ensure consistent quality and reliable delivery.
For customers within the EU, some orders may ship directly from local warehouses for faster service.

  1. Order Processing

Once your order is placed, please allow up to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) for processing and preparation.
When your package ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can monitor its progress.

  1. Estimated Delivery Times

Destination | Estimated Time | Notes
European Union | 7–10 business days | Islands may take up to 15 business days

Please note: delivery times may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, customs delays, or peak season demand.
If your order hasn’t arrived after 20 business days, contact us at support@inerocase.com we’ll assist you immediately.

  1. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
You can also log into your I Nero Case account to check the latest delivery status at any time.

  1. Address Accuracy

Please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct before finalizing your order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you can choose to:

• Have it resent (with a new shipping fee), or
• Receive a refund minus the original shipping cost.

  1. Missed Deliveries

Carriers generally make one delivery attempt and then hold your package at a local pickup point for 7–10 days.
If not collected, it may be returned to us. If you’re unsure where your order is, contact the carrier or reach out to us for assistance.

  1. Customs & Duties

For international orders, your package may be subject to local VAT or customs fees.
If this occurs, let us know — we’ll work with you to find a fair and practical solution.

  1. Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple packages.
Each shipment will have its own tracking number for easy monitoring.

  1. Delays Over 30 Days

If your delivery takes longer than 30 business days, you may choose between:

• A free reshipment, or
• A full refund.

We’ll make sure you’re satisfied either way.
